Mobius signed its first contract award the same day co-founders, Frank and Melaine Privitera, welcomed their first child into the world. “I had two babies that day,” Melaine laughed, “and I have had the pleasure of growing two families that have stolen my heart and put meaning into every day of my life since!” Responding employees appear to have embraced the family mentality at Mobius. From the survey responses, the most common term used was family, along with team, unique, personal, and community – all core tenants of Mobius’ management strategy.
Mobius doubled down on their commitment to creating a connected community by hosting virtual town halls, home office workplace set-up showcases, and even a virtual pizza making competition. Traditional company luncheons were switched to virtual, with participating employees receiving gift cards to local restaurant delivery services. “The HR team, led by our Vice President, Jody Johnson, has been so incredibly innovative and thoughtful throughout the pandemic.
