Overview
Mobius has a well-established capability to support operations and logistics for military organizations. These activities are a critical aspect of managing, maintaining, and supporting the deployed warfighter. This effort includes operational planning at the Combatant Command (COCOM) level, performing military utility assessments of new capabilities, developing plans for and responding to real world events, reviewing tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), and analyzing warfighter feedback on deployed capabilities.
Our Approach
Operations and logistics activities must be performed with a thorough understanding of foundational experience and organizational understanding. Mobius employs former military professionals who have the subject matter expertise having operated these complex systems as a warfighter. We then expose those skilled personnel with training on unique organizational requirements and encourage the development of deep relationships with the stakeholder communities. Our staff also understand the importance of communication in this role, and excel at the documentation of their work and communication of issues and results to all levels of the organization.
