Frank Privitera
President
As President of Mobius Consulting, Frank Privitera is committed to providing cutting edge technical solutions that enhance warfighter capabilities. He is a passionate leader dedicated to the vitality of his employees and the pursuit of excellence. His precision, creativity, and superior communication skills make him an ideal partner when providing engineering services in the Defense space. With nearly two decades of engineering experience, he alternates his time between acting as a business developer, chief technical officer, and business strategist. His vast experience developing creative technical approaches as well as establishing business relationships enables Mobius to capture new business.
Externally, Frank supports his high priority clients as a chief systems engineer, strategist, and program manager. He currently provides advisory and analytical services to the Missile Defense Agency. Over the last ten years, he has fulfilled many roles, he is an expert in systems engineering and lifecycle management, and he enjoys independently coordinating technical efforts across geographically disbursed stakeholders. Frank is currently a member of the MDA Chief Architect’s Team, synthesizing the BMDS architecture with Advanced Concepts, Space-based capabilities, and Special Programs. In this role, he manages architecture definition, future visioning, and develops strategies to integrate advanced technologies.
Frank received a master’s degree in Systems Engineering and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
