Kyle Kramer

With nearly twenty years of experience in the industry, Kyle conducts research and provides recommendations that support strategic initiatives such as the development and enhancement of the organization's technical capabilities. He advises senior leadership in strategic planning for, and direction of, product/technical development activities while also focusing on providing subject matter expertise in business management, science and technological activities, and personnel development.
Kyle has a master’s degree in Political Management from The George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in History from the Virginia Military Institute. Kyle also earned an Advanced Diploma in Command and Staff from the US Naval War College.
