John Holmes
Vice President Defense Programs
John brings more than thirty-five years of leadership experience in the operation, acquisition and engineering management of complex aviation, space and ground based strategic weapon systems, naval warfare, combat systems and force management experience, with twenty-five years of specialization in the program acquisition field. As the Vice President of the Defense Group, he is responsible for developing strategic planning and control of product/technical development activities. He possesses broad management experience in a variety of environments and has proven sales and management skills developed on work performed for both military and civilian organizations. John joined the Mobius team in 2013.
John has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute. He is a retired Naval Aviator and has spent his professional career in the Federal and Defense markets.
